My Version

I finally figured out how I want to do my version of the calendar quilt. I am cutting strips 1 1/2" x 12" and starting on day 14 I will be putting the strips on each side of an embroidery block which I am getting from http://www.elliesquiltplace.com/ In a few days I will be adding those strips so I will post another picture so that you see how it is going. I am really enjoying every one's posts.

What a PERFECT idea! I have that little stitchery on my list of things to "fit in" to my monthly (self-)obligations :-) Now I don't have to justify adding another project, it'll be part of this one!!

Yay! Carrie P. Rocks!!!
